Men’s cohort
– limited space – pre-screening – 5 sessions, 75 minutes each – Ages 25 – 35

  • Week 1: What do we want?  What are the obstacles?
  • Week 2: Making sense of our challenges and developing a strategy.
  • Week 3: Adjusting our behavior and thinking patterns with practices.
  • Week 4:  Helping each other with out-of-group challenges
