A few years ago I had the opportunity to meet Stuart Ralph, the man behind The OCD Stories, when he was honored at the annual IOCDF conference. He is truly a man of the people, passionate about public education in the area of OCD, reducing stigma, and just reaching those who have not been able to access appropriate care.
We hit it off and earlier this year I was able to interview him about his journey in advocacy. Now I was able to return the favor and explore the depths of Scrupulosity, which is a subset of OCD that latches onto morals and/or religious practices. We discussed treatment consideration and collaborating with religious leaders. Enjoy!
